As part of the Global Shapers Community, the Lagos Hub brings together dynamic young leaders from diverse sectors who are passionate about driving social change, fostering innovation, and shaping a better future for all.

Through various initiatives in areas like education, health, civic engagement, and the environment, the Lagos Hub is committed to making Lagos a more inclusive and sustainable city.

Founded by Klaus Schwab in 2011, the Global Shapers Community is a unique network of young people passionate about driving dialogue, action, and change across the globe. As a non-profit registered in Switzerland, the GSC aims to inspire, empower, and connect young leaders to make a real impact in their communities and beyond. 

The mission of the GSC is focused on developing future leaders, supporting youth-led projects and amplifying young voices. Currently, there are 502 hubs across 155 countries globally. 

The World Economic Forum, founded in 1971, is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation. It provides a global, impartial, not-for-profit platform for meaningful connections between stakeholders to establish trust and build initiatives for cooperation and progress.
